You can now pay your HOA assessments online via Mutal of Omaha! Pay with your checking account (free) or Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card (convenience fee applies).

 

Instructions to pay online are included below. (Note: Payments submitted prior to 8:00 pm CT Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed same day.)

1. Follow this link to the Mutual of Omaha payment portal.
2. Select the "Pay Now" button.
3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions by selecting "Yes."
4. Enter your information and the required property information:
   1. Management ID: 1513 (The Helsing Group CA)
   2. Association ID: 3915 (Casitas Arden THA)
   3. Property Account Number: Your 5-digit account number found in your coupon booklet
5. Choose your payment option (Pay by eCheck or Pay by Card) and complete the payment information.
